Returns

We offer a returns policy of a full refund within 28 days of purchase if the product is faulty. In all other circumstances we can offer an exchange equal to the value of the purchase.

 

These 28 days include 14 days whereby you should let us know via email your intention to return our product, and an additional 14 days to return to our stated address.

We can offer you an exchange within 28 days of purchase if we have the stock to facilitate the request, if not then we will offer you a credit note as a form of resolution. Anything outside these terms unfortunately will not be accepted. Furthermore, we do not cover the cost of returning the product. You’ll need to return your item(s) in their original state, unworn, undamaged, and free from scent (perfumes and anti-perspirants Etc)
